TicTacToe - Balancing Justice

A variation of TicTacToe where each field can be contested by the other player.

Rule Set:

Both players take turns placing their symbol, first to own three tiles in a row wins.

Tile ownership can be contested by placing the opposing symbol on it.

Tiles are on a 2 turn cooldown which is indicated by a greyed-out background.
